On Tuesday, our MSP students took a day trip to foodie paradise - Parma, Italy! They spent the morning learning how to make fresh pasta in a restaurant kitchen before having lunch on the restaurant's garden terrace. In the afternoon they toured a culatello cured meat factory and learned about how the age of the meat impacts the flavor. Next, they visited a parmesan cheese factory, stepping through cellars of cheese as they learned how this famous delicacy is made. The day ended with a romp through a nearby castle. A day fit for foodie royalty!
