SUNY Graduate Credit
Participants in the Les Tapies Art Teacher Workshop are eligible to receive up to three graduate semester credits from State University of New York (SUNY), the largest comprehensive public education system in the United States. Participants must complete all the requirements of the Workshop and make a presentation of the work produced upon completion of the program.
The ECIS-Les Tapies Fellowship
The late TASIS Founder/Director Mrs. M. Crist Fleming helped originate ECIS and hosted the first ECIS meeting on the Lugano campus. In recognition of this long-term association and to honor Mrs. Fleming’s contributions to international education, the TASIS Foundation has created the ECIS-Les Tapies Fellowship, which awards a deserving teacher from an ECIS member school up to 50% of the full Workshop fees. Candidates must provide an art portfolio of their work, a teaching philosophy statement, a recommendation from their school Head or Principal, and a résumé.
